Q. How do I buy jewellery from you?
Currently I don’t have a web shop but you can contact me via email: email@example.com to order or enquire about the jewellery. Keep an eye on my home page to see upcoming events or markets where you will find me.
Q. How long will a portrait take to complete?
I try to have the portrait completed within a 2 - 4 week period, depending on the waiting list at the time of application. Please contact me to find out the current waiting period.
Q. Are you able to frame my new portrait?
Yes I would be able to frame it for you, I don't have a regular supplier currently (I am are working on it) but if you let me know the style and size you are wanting I can source one for you.
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. Due to the amount of time taken to draw each portrait and with your portrait being unique to you a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable after 3 days of placing an order. Once the portrait has been completed and the emailed proof approved, the remaining amount will be paid and the original posted to you.
Q. I only have poor quality photographs; will I still be able to have a portrait done?
It may well still be possible. Generally speaking the better the original photograph reference, the more accurate the portrait will be. You are very welcome to send me a copy of your photographs and I can advise from there.
